Happy Birthday to my cousin Brett who passed away this past April. He would’ve been 36 years old today and I still haven’t really processed his passing. When we were kids I remember getting jealous of my sister and my cousin for having birthdays so close to Christmas because they would always got double the gifts! Now that materialism feels elementary. The best gift of all is the gift of life and our time here is a gift, that’s why it’s called the present. Rest in peace and happy birthday my brother, I miss you ❤️
