There’s a difference between the you that you’ve always been and the you of your dreams. What decides which one you end up as is your behavior.

The framework I use is simple. Before you make a call, ask yourself if the decision you’re making right now is going to make your future self proud or disappoint him. That’s it. You just have to stop and ask the question.

The Buddha gets credited with “what we think, we become,” and I firmly believe that. Our behaviors are a product of our thoughts. But it doesn’t stop at thinking, because how we behave is who we end up being.

So start behaving like the person you want to be.

What’s one decision you’re making today that your future self is going to be proud of? Tell me below.

🌟 Who You Keep Around Matters 🌟

“The company you keep affects your journey through life.”

There is a massive difference between just hanging out and spending time with people who truly care about their trajectory and well-being.

Your inner circle should hold you to being the best version of yourself, not drag you down.

Remember: You are a product of the company you keep. Choose your unit wisely, support each other’s growth, and rise together.

Here’s the claim I’m going to spend the next three weeks backing up. You were never lazy, you just didn’t have the support you needed.

The people I coach are people who are great at taking care of their work, their family, and damn near everyone else. They don’t have a discipline problem. They’ve got a structure and systems problem, and nobody’s ever built them one for this.

So that’s what I do. I build the structure, and their health goes from the thing they’re behind on to the thing that makes everything else easier.

The rest of this month is me showing my work. Getting decisions off your plate, the framework I actually run, what it looks like when it holds.

Follow along. And if you’d rather skip the month and talk now, send me the word STRUCTURE and I’ll tell you how it works.

-Nobody fails to get "back on the wagon" because they didn't want it bad enough.
-People fail because nothing's on the calendar and life fills the gap, fast.
-This week I sat down with a client who'd been "off the wagon" for a few weeks. Job, travel, life. We've all experienced it at one time or another.
-We didn't talk about motivation once. We talked about STRUCTURE.
-Swipe through for the exact plan: the calendar strategy, the reminder trick, how to train your first week back without wrecking your body, and the one sleep habit that matters more than anything you're taking pre-workout.
-Save this for the next time you fall off. You'll need it eventually. We all do.
-Coaching link in bio if you're ready to stop winging it.

Just dropped a free guide and I want you to have it.

The First 30 Days is a beginner’s blueprint for building habits that actually stick. It’s not another meal plan or training program. It’s the four things that have to be in place before any of that other stuff even matters: Mindset, Sleep, Nutrition, and Movement.

I’ve been coaching people through this for nearly two decades. The ones who succeed aren’t the most disciplined or the most motivated. They’re the ones who finally had the right structure.

This is the foundation of that structure. Short, simple, and built simple enough to actually follow.

Comment BOOK below and I’ll send you the link personally.

Free. No catch.
