Grateful to have another successful @indieuntangled and another wonderful Rhinebeck weekend in the books ❤️ I miss your beautiful, wonderful faces already and I’m always so sad to see this weekend come to an end. Thank you for everything!!

Well, my first Rhinebeck experience is in the books and what a time we had!

The Festie Besties made it out of the south and took on A Woolen Affair!

First, we had @awoolenaffair, the first day of which happened to be on my anniversary 🤍 Where we got to watch @baahumble work her magic and offer up the best notions and gadgets that this community has seen 🙌🏻 we also got to celebrate @oneofakate birthday on the first day and soak up all the fun!

It was mine and @jz.knits first time and we got to see the overwhelming fun that was A Woolen Affair and meet soooo many nice people who were complimentary of our work 🥰

I’m so glad I got to see so many of you that I’ve been speaking with online for years and wish I got to take more photos 🤍

I’ll post more photos in my next post from NY Sheep and Wool Festival 🥰

Another successful #rhinebecksheepandwool in the books!

I think the best part of the weekend is getting to reconnect with friends from all over whom I rarely get to see. The yarn is beautiful, the weather is gorgeous, the wallet is crying (so worth it), but the time spent with my yarn family is what I love best.

Bright moments, including but not limited to....

Had such a fabulous time with my #festiebesties
The time together over the last few days was just what I needed! It truly felt like a 5 day sleepover with this fabulous crew. Lots of laughs and stitches and we now have memories that will last us forever. More pics to come, but had to get in some of these faves first!

A WEEK FROM TODAY I’LL BE IN NY SO I FINALIZED MY RHINEBECK OUTFITS TODAY

Had me wishing I could bring my red carpet to NY. The vibes were a little different this year at DFW Fiber Fest so thanks to my friends for participating in my red carpet walk meetup. May not have had many takers at the actual festival but did have strangers at the Westin enjoy the red carpet fun.

Thinking next year we might change our meetup a little to assist ppl who might like assistance with documenting their outfits while also making stitch markers & swapping.

I also didn’t really get any response to my last post about celebrating my birthday with me so I went ahead & made my Ravelry shop BOGO - add 2 patterns in your cart & it will automatically do its thing.

Here’s my yarn haul from @knit_picks this month! I can’t tell you what I’m going to make because one is a surprise and the rest I’m not sure what to do with yet, but I’m really excited to try a lot of these things! The hooks are super exciting because it’s always fun to see what kinds of projects they work best for. I also got two yarns that have a mix of cotton and wool! I’m not sure what to make with those, so I’m willing to hear any suggestions! I also got more #dishieyarn in white, which will be super helpful for all the washcloths I’m planning on making.
The second picture is from @baahumble ‘s destash, and I’m so thrilled to have gotten such great deals! I know I’ll use the Wool Ease and Pound of Love, and I’ve been wanting to try Coboo for a while, so I’m excited about that too! I can’t wait to figure out fun projects for these yarns!

📍Cross Country Roadtrip Days 10-11: Flock!

I snuck a few days in to our adventure to hang out with @cesiumyarn in their booth at @flockfiberfestival with the lovely @kollerskrafts (who kept tripping and falling into more yarn... oops 😜 it turns out it was catching and I did that Sunday 🤣🧶). It was amazing to see how much everyone loved the Mythbusters colorway and a delight to bring our Science is Real favorites from 2025 and Pond Pun collab to the west coast AND we sold out of the F*ck 🧊 and Reflecting Pool Party bags!!

Scenes from the weekend include catching up with some of our favorite maker friends, family, and a delightful donut fairy ❤️ Bonus? Indoor sheep!

THAT’S A WRAP FOR DFW FIBER FEST 2026

I love how Sundays are the chill day to get last minute things & really relish in the goodbyes/see ya laters.
.
I gotta say that this year, the time seemed to have flown faster even tho I lived in the present versus focusing on content.
.
I understand I’m a lot to take in but please know I’m always approachable. I love being able to breathe the yarn fumes together, see your hauls, discuss outfits & wips, snap selfies & share laughs.

New Design Alert 👀👀

I WIPped up this little tee up in only 6 days to wear to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party this year!! 🎃🩷🎉✨
.
The idea for this top had been in my head for a month or two since making The Easy Sexy Tee. I wanted a crochet tee with the same overall fit and ease but a different texture/fabric to honor the differences between crochet and knit fabrics. I played around for a day or two with swatches and colors and came up with this nostalgic Halloween color palette with leftover yarn from recently finished projects. I LOOOOOVE how it turned out 🥰🥰.

Thanks to feedback from my Ko-Fi, I'll be turning this into a pattern! Im calling her the #TossItOnTee since it's such an easy little top to toss on and go! 🙌🏽🙌🏽. Stay tuned for a second sample!
