Truly couldn’t think of a better way to end this tour in Tampa and West Palm. The perfect homecoming.

I had family see me play big stages for the first time. Something little me always dreamed of. I had my wife side stage see all the years of never quitting finally pay off. I played my hometown amphitheater where I saw my heroes play from the back fence of the lawn section.

The @lukebryan band and crew showed nothing but love. So refreshing to see that playing with a legacy act. Saw familiar faces and made new friends with the other support acts and so stoked to play along side them.

I’ve always wondered what it’d be like to play stages like these. To feel how it triggers all the senses, does it play out how you think it will? Do you feel it in your chest like the first hit of the kick when you’re standing in the pit?

Ive found you can play the biggest venue and put on your best show, but when you play a show that is pure and symbiotic nothing beats that. The 30 something minutes you’re on stage around the people who mean the most to you outweighs any place on the planet.

So thankful for these moments and I just hope I get to keep doing this as much as I can for as long as I can.

So many memories with her was near or on the water, so it was only fitting for Gma’s final wish to forever be carried by the waves - where she found so much joy and peace.

Last weekend was a bittersweet farewell with my favorite people - just a friendly reminder of the ebbs and flows of this crazy life.

A 2:00 a.m. wake up ✅
13.1 miles of magic (ish) ✅
A sub 2:00 time (which is a PR) ✅

Yall, I couldn’t be more thankful for the amazing squad that pushed me to, and got me through this weekend. Words can’t describe how thankful I am for being here - running and crushing it - and ready for more. 13.1 miles of magic, and so much love in my heart. 💖

Happy Father’s Day to the OG Disney-dad. You’ve been killing the parental game since ‘93 with @briannarayner and we are so lucky to call you ours. You’re an incredible inspiration to us both, and we are incredibly blessed to have you by our sides to support, love, and encourage us throughout this crazy thing called life. You are my forever best friend, my shoulder to cry on, and my main man. We know pimpin ain’t easy, but keep doin whatcha doin. Much love pops! 🤟🏼♥️
