I just keep going.

Because I’ve lived the life where sickness, fear, and feeling like shit became part of my identity…and I decided that was no longer going to be my story…(Most of you don’t even know that version of me).

I hated being a sick mom. I hated feeling like my body was working against me. And at some point, I realized I had to start doing things differently.

Does it take work? Absolutely.
Nothing great comes without work.

But I also believe in the power of what you choose to identify with.

So I visualize my highest, healthiest, most abundant self. I move like her. I make choices like her. I speak to myself like her.

I don’t claim what I don’t want to become.

I choose health.
I choose vitality.
I choose abundance.
I choose life.

And so it is. ✨

🌸There is something powerful that happens when women gather with intention.

Across generations.
Across seasons of life.
Each bringing her own wisdom, her own story, her own medicine.

I’m honored to return for another gathering of Matriarchal Magic. An evening rooted in sisterhood, connection, ancestral wisdom, and the remembrance of the wise woman within. 🤍

Together, we’ll soften.
We’ll reflect.
We’ll receive.
We’ll remember.

I’ll be sharing sacred sound as part of this beautiful evening, alongside an incredible collective of women bringing their own gifts and medicine into the space.
