@inoaspiders was the first person we hired in a transition period for us here at BXCR. The one thing she said in her interview was how much she hated working at a coffee shop, and my eyes lit up because I feel the same way. I thought that was pretty unique to banter about previous work environments we had in common. The good, the bad and the ugly. Although she did not have any bar experience at the time, it was one of the most rewarding endeavors to hire someone with no experience. To watch someone challenge themselves daily to learn, grow and put so much work and love into their craft is big piece of what makes our little bar so special.

If you’ve never had to the chance to sit in her well, I highly suggest it. She’s an artist by trade, and a phenomenal bartender come sundown.
