✨ Client Appreciation Post ✨

I love watching my clients Pilates journey’s. Most of my clients come to pulse as beginners having never been on a reformer before. Watching their technique develop as we work on their strength and control is so amazing 🤗

Many of them say ‘how come this doesn’t get any easier?’ …because as you get stronger you are able to challenge your body in a different way.

Your spring choices change
Your technique changes
Duration in exercises extends

…these are a result of your improved strength, muscular awareness and postural ability.

And easy is boring…right 😉

So proud of you all…it’s a joy to watch 🫶🏼
