Thank you: it’s a word we don’t say enough to the people who pour so much into others. The coaches. The runners. The nutritionists. The creators. The personal trainers. The wellness leaders. The people who wake up, create space for other people’s journeys, and still show up for their own. On Saturday, 11th July 2026, @fresheggskigali hosted over 30 of Kigali’s fitness and wellness creators in Nyarutarama for our first ever Run On Eggs Breakfast & Wellness Experience. We were honored to start the morning with Coach @cynthiafayman from @kigaliwellnesshub who lead us through a beautiful mobility session. Watching her guide the room was such a special moment. The care. The intention. The way she created a space where everyone felt comfortable to move, connect, and simply be present. The fitness and wellness community in Kigali is built by people like Cynthia; who give their time, knowledge, and energy to help others become better versions of themselves.
