Some places make you want to explore. Others make you want to cancel every plan you made before arriving. Bacab Tulum managed to do both.

A private villa, your own pool, a little pocket of jungle and a rooftop that deserves more than one afternoon of your time. Add a stargazing lounge and five days of having absolutely nowhere to be? Yeah, I understood the assignment.

It’s the kind of place you could walk right past without knowing the little world waiting inside.

Five days in Tulum, and suddenly my out-of-office needed an extension.
