MUSICALITY IN EVERY DETAIL. 🎶

Vilnius 🇱🇹 | Musicality Workshop Demo

Every accent has a purpose. Every movement tells a part of the music.

Look closer. Listen deeper. How many accents can you catch? 👀

One of my favorite dances in Vilnius, shared with an incredible bachata teacher.

Pure musicality, connection and movement. 🎶

“Bachata is more than steps… it’s connection, musicality, and a conversation between two bodies. ❤️‍🔥 Let the music speak.” Some of the highlights of KAT2026 @kiizajohnson2012 @monabs2 #bachata🇺🇬 #stepwithmonica22 #shoeswithmona #bachataistakingover #kampalaafrolatintulumbe

This is not the kind of post I usually make, but we are living in times that move incredibly fast. Everyone is busy, everyone is pretending to be okay, and sometimes we forget that behind the smiles, there are hearts we cannot see.

Take a moment to check on the people who are important to you. Ask them how they really are. Listen. Be there. Don’t take the people you love for granted.

In memory of my dear friend, Juan Carlos. 🕊️

You will always be remembered.
