Tiny 🍅 plant.

I picked up this tomato plant from the farmers market, and I want to refresh my porch garden skills

Would you be interested in following this little journey? 🌱

If you’re in, drop a 🍅 below so I know I’m not growing this little guy alone. 💚✨

Healing isn’t just about what happened to you it’s about what you choose moving forward.

A pivotal part of the journey is taking accountability for the patterns, habits, and choices that may be keeping you stuck. Not from a place of shame, but from a place of power.

Accountability is empowerment. It gives you autonomy. It reminds you that while you can’t rewrite the past, you CAN shape your response, your mindset, and your future.

Growth isn’t always comfortable but neither is staying the same.

So ask yourself… are you ready to choose differently?
Are you ready to choose YOU?

Choose your hard.
