In 1985 valterraskateboards released the “Skate Zombie”, a mid priced complete board that many an American skater had as their first board. China was quick to steal this graphic and produce a slew of poor quality copies. 1985 was also the year I began skateboarding, so when Tommy at @backandforthprints asked me if I’d like to make a screen printed graphic I could think of no better idea than to make my own version of this classic graphic.
I’m so stoked with how they turned out. We printed four colors, overlaying the yellow and neon pink to make the orange of the Zombie Bean. Tommy also made me a one-off deck, switching the pink for purple, creating a tribute to the Chinese rip-offs for me to ride!
I have a few of these popsicles that I can sell if anyone in Berlin wants one. DM me for details of what’s available.

Oooo la la la we did it again • THANK YOU • the first one was great, this second one was really great! With plenty of time to plan for the Spring Boardriders Jumble 3 • plenty to come 🏁

back to the THANKYOU’s • the venue, @sopleyfarmbakeryshopandpyo 🙌 the brands, established and new, trade stalls, both full time, hobbyists and those who fancied a car boot style of their own with a lifetime of boards and clothing.

So we added a small addition of Basic Blues Jones live set booked in by @ydna_live (follow for more gig announcements soon). We love Graham and his hill-billy blues.

Thank you to our official photographer whom took these photos @kieranbshort • legend • if anyone wants a photo removed just DM.

And thank you to all of you whom took a punt on a jumble sale on a Farm (all be it with delicious food and drink) and turned up & grabbed so many epic bargains from our traders (they love you by the way ! ) ..

But really the best thing that always comes from gatherings of great people, is community and catch ups. Legends all of you.

Boardriders Jumble 2 complete presented by @resinandrumsocialclub • and the fam @logjam_uk • @ydna_live • @surf_social_dorset 🎱

Thank you @darkseas_uk @leaddistribution @backandforthprints @skatedatevintage @_eatsnbeats @elcaposbodega @capodesigns @before.theflood @nelsonsocial @thesupstoreuk @saviourboardhouse @flux.boards @dustybootvintage and all our traders I’ve not tagged !

From Bristol, we secured the rental van and drove down to the Southern Coast to spend a couple days meandering around for spots.

We also had the privilege of connecting with Tommy from @backandforthprints. A first-rate skateboard screenprinting operation tucked away in the English countryside. If you haven’t checked out his work, please hit the page and give him a follow to witness some proper old-school mastery.

We had high hopes of skating the whole time, but we ended up just kicking it at the beach and messing around. Some great memories from this leg of the trip.

Twenty years ago or so, I started calling myself Raine online, mainly due to this song. Years later it became my creative identity.

Now my first skateboard hangs beside a Matt Skiba limited edition signed print.

Thank you to Punk Rock & Paintbrushes for getting the print safely to me, and for passing my skateboard on to Matt. It genuinely means a lot. 🖤

Also huge shoutout to Tommy at Back & Fourth Prints for working with me on this one.

It only took one person to remind me why I loved this band in the first place. Everything after that spiralled into artwork, skateboards, stories, meeting new people, and one hell yes of an adventure. Thank you. 🖤

I always loved skate culture. Although I never had the nerve to step on one.

Then I painted my first skateboard design.

Afterwards I discovered my great-grandad designed what may have been one of Britain’s first patented skateboards.

Some threads only make sense when you look backwards.
