October on the Treasure Coast is just a bunch of Hocus Pocus. 🔮🍍

And by Hocus Pocus, I mean pumpkin patches, fall festivals, trick-or-treating hot spots, new local spots + plenty of reasons to get out and enjoy where we live. 😉

Consider this your October sneak peek. There is even more packed into my full 2026 Treasure Coast Fall Guide.

🍂 Comment “FALL” below and I’ll send you the full guide!

And because I can’t help myself, I snuck in a little local real estate update too. Whether you’re here for the pumpkins, the market stats, or just trying to figure out what to do this weekend… I’ve got you.

Save this one for October + send it to your fall-loving Treasure Coast friend. 🧡

And if a move happens to be on your fall agenda? No spells required. I can help with that part. 🪄🏡

Still trying to fix your golf swing on your own?

You watch the videos. Try the new drill. Change your grip. Change your stance. Then three swings later, you’re wondering what went wrong.

The problem usually isn’t a lack of effort. It’s that you’re trying to diagnose a problem you can’t objectively see.

Your swing is a system. Your mobility, stability, setup, sequencing, and movement patterns all influence what happens at impact.

Instead of constantly chasing the next swing tip, get a clear understanding of what’s actually happening in your swing and build a plan around it.

I’m now giving golf lessons at Back Nine Golf in Jensen, Florida, where we can work together to understand your swing and build changes that actually transfer to the course.

Ready to stop guessing and start working with a plan?

You can’t build a better swing on top of a body that can’t support it.

If you’re trying to change your swing but your mobility, stability, strength, or control can’t keep up, you’re fighting yourself every rep.

Build the body that can actually execute the swing you’re working toward.

🏌️‍♂️ Better movement
💪 More control
⚡ More speed
🎯 More repeatability

Your body influences the swing.
Your swing influences the strike.
Your strike influences your score.

Stop just practicing the change. Train your body to support it.

👇 Comment TRAIN and I’ll send you the details on my golf-specific fitness programming.
