July was a month for sure🥰 in case you missed it, I’m a HOMEOWNER👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Thank you to my realtor @thatssoshaina for guiding me through this process and knowing me well enough to answer my questions before I started to spiral 😂😂 @thatssoshaina I can’t express enough just how grateful I am for all of your efforts, both in front of and behind the scenes. You negotiated for me, fought for me to have the best outcome and I am sooo grateful to have been able to go through this process with you 💕💕

Get yall a realtor who CARES about not just closing, but about making sure you’re getting the best outcome possible. I love you so much ❤️

To my loan originator @backpackwonka I know there was so much going on that you and Shaina didn’t even tell me about, but yall were determined to make things happen for me. Thank you for your patience, answering all my questions phrased in different ways, and always being available to explain things to me.

My team really made sure I was happy with my new home and by the grace of God, in July I closed on my first home on my own, and no one can ever take that away from me. Thank you, God, the universe, my guides, for always blessing me, protecting me, and working things out in my favor❤️

I knew I was going to have my home this year. And this is really just the beginning. I am beyond grateful 🥰🥺💕
