"Country is just as punk as punk is punk. It's about that spirit, that attitude behind the music." — Isaac Gibson (lead singer of 49 Winchester)

Last Friday, @49Winchester w/ @LandonbSmith_ brought that signature grit and rock 'n' roll country soul right to the Mish for one of the best nights in the final stretch of the summer season! Thank you all for another irreplaceable night under the shimmering moon. 🧡

Three nights of electric jams. Three nights of endless dancing. Three nights of pure magic under the stars.

It's always a party in the Poudre when @UmphreysMcgee takes over the Mishawaka and last weekend was no exception. Whether it was your 99th Umph show, or you very first thank you for showing up and showing out Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. 🤘

Today we're celebrating the absolute rockstar behind the lens of so many of our iconic concert photos, memories, and moments here at the Mishawaka...Michael Emanuele, a.k.a. @BackstageFlash. Michael was just voted the Outstanding Secret Ingredient in the 2026 Colorado Sound Music Awards. Whenever he’s behind the lens for a show at the Mish or an event at Riverside, he captures the electric spirit of our community with unmatched passion. The stories we tell wouldn't look the same without his vision. Thank you for all you do, Michael. We are so proud to celebrate you!

Last Saturday was one for the books in the Poudre Canyon. @LEYOUTH and Denver Progressive House ( @goldstar.mp3 and @blackwands) completely took over the venue, bringing an unbelievable night of melodic house right to the river’s edge. Thank you to everyone who came out to dance, vibe, and light up the canyon with us.

Had the opportunity this past May to play at the @basbleutheatre in Fort Collins alongside the incredibly talented @babyalpaca and @christinealicemusic as part of @supportmusicians “Songwriters in the Round” monthly showcase. It was such a fantastic evening and yet another example of the incredible opportunities created by other musicians (@christinealicemusic in this case!) to showcase original music in Colorado. Props to @backstageflash for these awesome photos 🤘🏽🤘🏽

🎬 THAT’S A WRAP ON ISFF 7.0! 🎬

After a breath and a little break, we’re officially wrapping up another Independent Silent Film Festival for the books.

A huge THANK YOU to every filmmaker, musician, performer, artist, crew member, volunteer, sponsor, supporter, and audience member who helped make this such a spectacular and one-of-a-kind evening.

ISFF is all about collaboration: film meeting live music, performance, experimentation, and a little beautiful unpredictability. None of it happens without the incredible people who trust us with their art, time, energy, and support.

Special love to our venue, production team, sponsors, musicians, filmmakers, and everyone who showed up ready to experience something different.
