Our youngest babe turned 12 today and we are so thankful to celebrate her! 🎂 She is joyful always, but also creative, caring, hard-working, humorous, brave, and fun! She is braver and cooler than I will ever be, and I’m so thankful for her heart for loving people. 💕 This front row seat to her life is a treasure! Happy Birthday, Lia!

Happy 20th Birthday to our oldest, Ben! 👏 You were our dream come true the moment we found out about you, and you continue to be a dream two decades later. You are unapologetically you - practical, considerate, loyal, hilarious, and fun. I will never get over how much you love your life of coaching and doing ninja. I thank God everyday for you, for each and every fun stage, every new adventure you lead us through, and the faith you inspire in us and others. Cheers to Twenty Years, Ben! 💛💛

NINJA U IS HEADED TO VEGAS! 🎰 We’re excited to officially announce the Ninja U athletes selected for the next season of American Ninja Warrior! Next week, these FIVE athletes will head to Las Vegas to take on the course! 🔥 🤡 Collin Collin is a 17-year-old competitive ninja who trains at our Ankeny location, and this will be his rookie season on the show! Known as the Clown Ninja, Collin can ride a unicycle and sculpt some seriously impressive balloon animals. But don’t let the clowning around fool you. This kid can MOVE! 💪 Peyton Coffin This powerhouse athlete from Cedar Rapids trains at our Cedar Falls location and is back for her second season! A personal trainer with incredible strength and determination, Peyton is ready to show everyone what she can do on the big stage. 🔥 Jason Behrends Jason is STOKED to be back for his third season! A senior at CFHS and coach at our Cedar Falls location, Jason may be one of the smaller athletes on the course, but he’s made a habit of playing BIG when it counts. 📣 Ben Behrends Big brother Ben is HYPED, as always, to be back on the course! At 19, this will already be Ben’s sixth season on American Ninja Warrior. Whether he’s coaching kids at our Cedar Falls location, screaming from the sidelines for another athlete, or taking on the course himself, Ben brings the hype and goes ALL IN on everything ninja. 👨‍👦‍👦 Scott Behrends Scott is co-owner of both Ninja U locations and, most importantly for this adventure, dad to Ben and Jason. Heading into his sixth season, Scott has his sights set on something special: Father/Son/Son buzzers! He’s incredibly grateful for the ninja community and for everyone who has supported the Behrends family and Ninja U along the way. Five Ninja U athletes. Two locations. One BIG trip to Vegas. 💪 Stay tuned for episodes airing Summer 2027. Want to train alongside American Ninja Warrior athletes? Check out our classes and open gyms at Ninja U! 👇 Help us send Collin, Peyton, Jason, Ben, and Scott off to Vegas with some love. Wish them luck in the comments!

👕 New Season. New Behrends Family Shirt. With a new American Ninja Warrior season just around the corner, we’re excited to share this year’s shirts! 🔥 Scott is sporting a brand-new design, and Ben & Jason’s fan-favorite shirts are back. If you’ve ever wanted to support our family from the sidelines (or the couch 😄), now’s your chance! They also make a fun gift for the ninja in your life. We’ll be placing one local print order this week for anyone near Cedar Falls. After that, all of the designs will continue to be available on Amazon. 🔗 in bio! Thank you for all the encouragement and support. We can’t wait to share another season with you! 💛🖤 #AmericanNinjaWarrior #NinjaFamily #BehrendsFamily #TeamBehrends

First Day of Jason’s SENIOR YEAR! 🎓🔥 How did we get here already?! From that little preschooler with no glasses and a huge backpack to this… one last first day. 🥹 So proud of the young man he’s become and SO hyped to see what this year has in store for him. “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.” — Proverbs 16:3 🙏
