Today marks the day where the sport that shaped me officially comes to an end. A career plagued by injuries it by no means was what I had planned. With that in mind, however, there’s nothing about my football career I would ever take back, as it has led me to meet some of the greatest people I’ve ever met, see some of the coolest things I’ve ever seen, and taught me lessons I would’ve never learned outside of this beautiful game. I can’t thank my friends, family, and coaches enough for their continuous support to get me to the point of playing at the highest collegiate level. Though it may no longer be Miller Time on the football field, as the clock has struck midnight, life’s doors remain open as I pursue a career in medicine. With this, I would like to leave you with a quote that I by NO MEANS live my life by and in fact do the exact opposite... “I coulda went to school to be a doctor, But I dropped out and chose to be a baller!” -Rae Sremmurd #LifeChanges #NoBadDays
