I shared a piece of this WBLS 107.5 interview in Stories last week, but it didn’t hold the full conversation.

So here’s the extended version.

We talk about Make Grandfather Great Again, why elder presence still matters, and how protection, guidance, and emotional regulation can help heal our communities.

It’s not about perfection. It’s about protection.

Take a listen.

Paris Blues was more than a place.
It was music, memory, and second chances.

You may not have known everybody’s real name, but you knew their character — Frenchy, Too Tall, Six Pack.

That’s what made Paris Blues special.
