moments in 2022 🫶🏼 Three years ago, I moved across the country alone, not knowing anyone. I moved blindly, never stepping foot in California until moving here. It’s taken until this year to feel like I’m apart of a community + met my people 🫶🏼 Feeling extra grateful going into this new year 🥹

I am so thankful to all the Bettie’s that came to Truckee Tuesday. Love the community that’s coming out of it!

Truckee Tuesday is a weekly skate meet up hosted by @shelbssays . We start off the evening at Truckee Skatepark, 5pm. Then we go to rmu for drinks at 7:30 or 8 pm. The first drink is free.

... all things that seem inherent, yet just one generation ago they were being fought for because they were unspeakable to “give” to a woman. I am so grateful and beyond inspired by the woman who did the work to get us where we are. RIP RBG!!

Yes! It turns out, there is room for more than one of us; in the board room, on the billboard, in the board shop. Inclusivity also means that us, as women, need to make space for each other. We cannot continue the rhetoric that we have to compete for one single spot at the top. So grab your gal pals hand and pull her on up with you as you climb!
To the women I know: I love you and support you in your OWN choices, whatever they may be!

Got this shoot done for @cahwy89 literally as the the first flakes of winter started to fly, only 7 days ago. Since then it's snowed 5 ft on this road. The girls are on different boards now.
