What Day 2 looks like this month… vs yesterday I was throwing up from the release of prostaglandins (the chemicals that contract the uterus) 🫠🫠 oh the joys 🎢 😂

Never ever skip an exercise because you hate them, because trust me, those exercises are most likely the best ones for gains, because the harder they are the better they are 🔥🔥

Also first gym outing in @badb_active leggings and I lowkey love them, never been a leggings in the gym kinda gal but these are so flattering and comfy🩵🖤

Head over to my tik tok @ashgallagher !!!

This killed me… in the best way possible 😭😭😭

I would be lying if I said leg day was my favourite, to be honest, I hate leg day 🤣 BUT you gotta do the things you hate to see the change, so get it done and get it done well 💪💪

@badb_active have just dropped a couple new items and done some restocking, go check it out!!! 🤎🤎

I really need to get used to posting on here regularly, this is from a couple days ago and I forgot to post😭😭

It’s really important to keep your workouts fresh and make some minor changes every now and then so you don’t get bored, here is a great alternative to lateral raises with the dumbbells which is great for isolating the lats and giving me a good challenge on push day 💪💪 #gym #gymmotivation #gymlife #gymrat #gymgirl #gymaddict #gymlifestyle #gym #workout #workoutroutine #workoutoftheday #gymtime💪 #lateralraises #pushday

Fit obviously from @badb_active

The only right way to finish a push day is with some deadly tricep work💪💪

The only right way to start any work out is with a cute fit from @badb_active 🫣🫣

Todays little message I have for you is about confidence in the gym. It has taken me a long time to have confidence in the gym but to put it short, there is no reason to lack confidence when you remind yourself, everyone there is trying to be a better version of themselves so it is a safe place for you to do the same. Wear a sports bra, try new machines or exercises, ask people for help, everyone is in the same boat at the gym, everyone feels vulnerable at times, challenge yourself to try new things and make this year your year to become a better you ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 #gym #gymmotivation #gymrat #gymgirl #gymlifestyle #gymaddict #gymlover #gymworkout #gymjunkie #gymgirls #gymreels #gymtips #gymreels #workout #workoutfit #workoutoftheday #workoutmotivation #workoutroutine #workoutvideos
