🎶🖤A night of listening, learning, and leaving a little piece of myself on the stage.

✨🥀There’s something special about being in a room where the art gets to be soft, raw, funny, uncomfortable, and beautiful all in the same night.

🫡👑I came to see @jlx.p feature and the amazing spotlight @justrays_journal and ended up sharing my own new poem “Say Yes to Love” @purepoetrylive for the first time. I’m beyond grateful ☺️

RECAP‼️

Wine Down’s first time at Art Of Noize was unforgettable. @sharp_penn_poetry is always a vibe, with an amazing DJ AND $5 shots, but this night, Kookie @badd_kookie wined down with @kc.the.poet and @sahdarim.simmons as just a poet:
raw, vulnerable and with the sharpest Penn‼️

Andddd we loved the sweet treats from @ddelightedd
handcrafted desserts that made the night that much more memorable!

Wine Down is back this week with @ddelightedd on the 24th, Thursday, where we’ll be celebrating our cohost’s 24th w a jam session you’ll hate to miss. Link in Bio! See you there ✨🫶🏾🎉

A HUGE thank you to everyone who came out and showed love. 🙏🏽 The energy was real, the vibes were right, and the grown & sexy was definitely in the building.

Big love to every performer who stepped up and did their thing — y’all helped make the night what it was. 🎶🔥

This is bigger than just one night. It’s about creating a space for good music, good people, good food, and GOOD DAZE.

We’re just getting started. Let’s keep going. 🥂
