Here’s my obligatory “I went to the gym” pictures, I still hate taking pictures in the gym because I feel like a douche 😂 but pictures like these are important because they’re like a bookmark on your fitness journey that can show you how far you’ve come.

If you want to look huge in the gym and hit new fitness goals then check out YouTube or like an app or something because I have no idea what I’m doing, I just do what @emmetspencer93 says…most of the time #gym #gymmotivation #father #weightloss #strongman

Recent discussions with my friend @thefrekiwolf made me want to pick up and reread through the dragonlance books, I’ve picked up a few over the years at used book stores. But as I start looking at this clearly well loved book that’s over 40 years old. I got nervous, I’ve always been a “take it out and play with it “ rather than a “ leave it in perfect condition “ kinda guy. But we all know I’m not particularly gentle on things I love 😂 so now I’m faced with the dilemma of reading through this piece of history, or putting it back on the shelf and downloading the @audible audiobook. Help 😂

When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child. But when I became a man I put away childish things and started doing really fucking heavy deadlifts.”
