The goal is to force the player to miss the shot by outsmarting them. You can only hit upwards and let only single Bounce!

In case of two players, use only single service box.
This might look easy, but between experienced players, this soon gets tactical and really competitive.

My perfect Warm-Up and why...

I start with mobility exercises. All kinds of flowing movements, some taken from yoga, some from physiotherapy. Roll and rotate all the joints from toes to fingers.

Add some light strenght exercises, using only your bodyweight - squats, pushups to activate your muscles.

Then start with some jogging. I like to combine this with coordination drills using tennis balls. Slow jog + bouncing tennis balls makes the Players pay more attention to drills, be more active, and have more fun!

Repeat with different tennis movements - sidestep, cross step, moving backwards...

The legs are ready, hand eye coordination activated.
Start with some reaction drills. Toss the ball and make your partner chase it.

Finish your warm-up with some sprints. This will fully activate your breathing apparatus and raise your heart rate.

Little bit out of breath and your heart pumping.
Now, slow down, take a sip of water, and you are ready to play Tennis!

Yes, yes, Time is Money, but this warm-up takes only 10-15 minutes, and you can do it before the lesson, off court.
