Introducing NSR Performance R&D.

This page is where I’ll be sharing the cars, parts, testing, and development work I’ve been involved with so far — everything from street cars to drag builds, no prep 1/8 mile racing, roll racing, wiring, fabrication, setup, problem solving, and performance-focused R&D.

The goal is pretty simple: build, test, and develop real-world performance solutions while keeping things transparent and easy to follow every step of the way.

I’m not your typical performance shop — I like giving owners the chance to get hands-on with their own cars and learn how to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve them themselves, with full visibility into what’s going on.

These cars are just the beginning. More builds, testing, custom parts, and R&D projects coming soon.

NSR Performance R&D
Built. Tested. Proven.

The FGX XR8 went back in for the next round of upgrades — and things are getting serious.

This round saw the addition of a Harrop Engineering 2.3L Supercharger, paired with a Stage 2 Forced Induction Interchillers setup to keep temps in check. We also fitted a Nitrous Express dry NOS kit complete with bottle warmer and purge kit for that extra punch.

Controlling the beast is a full Haltech setup, featuring an R5 ECU running via a Bill Hooton patch loom, twin Haltech keypads, and a UC-10 dash — all supplied by Monsta Torque.

Backing it up is a Monsta Torque Stage 5 ZF transmission, and fueling is handled by a 1000hp Aftermarket Industries fuel pump module.

“Born in ’48. Reborn to dominate.”
It started as Detroit steel—built for the open road.
Now it stalks the floor like a mob boss in patent leather.
Curves that command attention. Chrome that reflects your fear.
This isn’t restoration. It’s reinvention.

Welcome to the second life of a legend.
