Happy Thursday Miami! Here’s our curated list of events for Thursday, September 10.

It may be wet outside, but a little rain never stopped you before, so it isn’t starting now. Plenty of tonight’s events are indoors anyway, so grab an umbrella you’ll abandon by the second bar and go. We party rain or shine.

Got an event coming up? Want to get it in front of Miami’s most engaged audience? Drop a 🟦 and we’ll DM you our event submission form. Submit 72 hours before your event for consideration.

We love you Miami. 🧡

Happy Thursday Miami! Here’s our curated list of events for Thursday, July 30. The Weekend Navigator is live with everything happening through Sunday. Drop a 📍 and we’ll DM you the link.

July ends tomorrow but Leo season is already here. Every Leo you know has been posting more than usual, talking louder than necessary, and reminding everyone that their birthday month has arrived. We love you but please lower your voice.

Saturday is Tudo Bem.zip at The Corner and DJ Ray is making her Miami debut. She’s flying in from Campinas with the kind of Brazilian bass that makes you forget you have knees. Jean Sean holds down the resident slot with Goodiebag and Fefa rounding out the lineup. Hosted by DREA. If you’ve been curious about what we’ve been building with Tudo Bem, this is the one to pull up to.

Comment TUDO BEM and we’ll DM you the RSVP link.

Got an event coming up? Want to get it in front of Miami’s most engaged audience? Drop a 🟦 and we’ll DM you our event submission form. Submit 72 hours before your event for consideration.

For now, we’re spotlighting just one… because she deserves her moment.

Golden Devotion:
Vago Manantial Mezcal
Sea Buckthorn
Aphlora Passion Flower Liqueur
Pineapple & OJ
Egg White & Mole Bitters

Come early or see you on the late late side.

Oh Miami Beach, you crazy beautiful mess.

The city just approved a free water taxi between Miami and Miami Beach starting January 20th. Free. As in zero dollars. You can now skip the MacArthur Causeway parking lot experience and glide across Biscayne Bay like you’re in a pharmaceutical commercial.

Now if this sounds familiar, that’s because Miami Beach tried this last year and it was an absolute disaster. The Poseidon Ferry launched in June 2024 at $50,000 a month of taxpayer money. It broke down on July 4th. Broke down again July 6th. Then five straight days of nothing in mid-July. More breakdowns in August. By the end, ridership had dropped to fewer than one passenger per trip. Less than one. The boat was literally just vibing alone on the water.

Three months in, commissioners killed it and called it “irresponsible to continue.” That was September 2024.

But we’re back baby! New operator, new vessels, new energy. Water Taxi of Fort Lauderdale is taking over and this time it’s completely free. Mayor Meiner called it a “game-changing initiative” which is exactly what you say when you’re hoping everyone forgot about last time.

Will it work? Will it sink? Will it become the most scenic way to commute or just another Miami promise that dissolves into the bay? Only one way to find out. See you on the water January 20th. Bring your optimism and maybe a life jacket just in case.

Here’s your Thursday roundup. Drop a 🟦 in the comments and we’ll DM you our event submission form. Remember to submit 48 hours in advance for consideration!

We love you Miami Beach. Third time’s a charm or whatever. ❤️
