The German Underground is genuinely one of those scenes I know I’ve been sleeping on way too much 🤞🏼

BÄST is another reason I need to tap in properly. He’s still really early, but he’s already been dropping consistently this year and it feels like every release shows a slightly different side of what he can do 🎧

What I like most is there doesn’t seem to be some obvious formula yet. He’s still figuring everything out in real time, which honestly makes following an artist at this stage way more interesting 👀

And I’ve already heard a preview of his next song “Winken,” which he told me is dropping next Friday… that might be my favourite thing I’ve heard from him so far icl.

Germany clearly has way more going on underground than people outside the country realise.

Who else from German rap do I NEED to hear? I know Zackaveli obv but who else…
