A girls night 🥶🤏🏽🩶

our first retreat… and it meant more than we can put into words 🤍✨
what started as a vision turned into a day of movement, connection, and truly pouring back into ourselves

our girls were spoiled in the most intentional way… from gifted sets by @wiskiiactive to thoughtfully curated welcome bags by @truvani nourishing meals by @lyfe_usa and moments to slow down through matcha making, hydrotherapy, and @cliganic facial rituals guided by @baharcontours

we closed the day with a grounding sound bath by @vaginajpower

every detail, every moment, every girl… so special
thank you for trusting us with something this intimate

so grateful to have been supported by brands we genuinely love! 💗

this is only the first of many, guess our next day retreat !?

Some secrets aren’t meant to gate keep! @baharcontour provides concierge service body contouring with the Venus legacy machine for body contouring and skin tightening treatments!

As someone who has struggled with recovering from a spine injury in the past 2 years and working a desk job I wanted to share what has worked for me. @baharcontours has come to my home & office to help me prepare for @misscausa and I can’t wait to share my results up on stage in less than 2 weeks as I compete with confidence knowing I will look my best!
