Yalla Habibi ♥️🇪🇬

Who knew what started with a flight from hell, an awkward massage once landed where I was slapped continuously for an hour and called baby Shakira… would turn into one of the most incredible weeks of my life.

Beyond grateful for @heli’s world-class hosting & curation - 8 days, 62+ ambitious-athletes, 4 yachts, sunrises & sets that make your heart just melt & a full-senses kite safari at secret spots on crystal clear water along the Red Sea. I mean… what?! That’s just straight high touch magic.

After long days of kiting in the salty Red Sea the evening frequencies could not have been more perfect across human & sound 🖤

Ripping. Everyday. Enough said. Highly suggest bringing a quality lip balm. Aquaphor is always a go to if you don’t mind ingesting petroleum.

Came with the goal to learn to darkslide, but on day two the universe had other plans. You know the old adage “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together”.

Never have I ever felt that more deeply than when a 350 pound weight rack fell on my lower leg and within seconds was surrounded by 6 epic humans - all with a unique skill set to handle the mangle. Including a surgeon, bodyworker, back country guide, part-time comedian etc. - all showing how truly powerful community is.

Went from tears to laughing in minutes. Was bandaged and assessed. Was passed healing agents from all over the world & running a frequency machine alongside. Felt the intelligence, care & generosity continuously over the next week as I hopped around. All the frickin loveeee. Beyond grateful.

Was “forced” to sit still for a day. Horrible place to be stuck, I know.

8 days, 3 secret kite spots 🇪🇬

Katana.

We had such a wide range of skill sets on the trip - just sitting on the beach before/after kiting our faces off became beautiful & transient lessons in excellence. Watching others try new tricks, learning style & progressions, eating fresh mango under a UV of 8. Kinda sorta perfect.

✔️ progress.

Pretty sure I progressed more in only a few days on the Red Sea with my coach than I did after months in Brazil. Wild. Worked on my riding style, doing full body immersion transitions i
