Happy 1-Year Anniversary, Adonis Gym Family!

It’s hard to believe it’s already been a year since we opened our doors! We’ve loved every moment spent with all of you, watching our community grow in a way I didn't even see and supporting each other along the way. Your commitment and passion have made Adonis Gym a special place.

To celebrate this milestone, we’re throwing a BBQ next Sunday from 12 PM to 3 PM, prepared and cooked by Chef Josh Holyoak and Chef Ben Dowsett!
Come hungry, get some awesome food in, go for a session after or just stay and socialise.
Members can also bring a friend or family member to train for free that day—let’s share the love!

33rd Stop: Ha Giang Loop 🇻🇳

Four days riding on the back of a local’s motorbike through the mountains of Northern Vietnam? Check.

I was absolutely blown away by the scenery, had lots of good scran, learned why happy water is called happy water, taught a couple lessons on Zac Brown Band, and stood next to the Chinese border.

These few days were definitely one of the highlights of my trip so far. It’s a must do experience for anyone visiting Vietnam.

Thailand PT2.

The islands really drilled it in that I’m a slut for a good sunset.Saw some temples . Found my new hyper fixation diving. Watched a few fire shows. Saw some fish. Drank a shit load of beer and even more Long Islands , met even more really cool people. Ate some really good food at some very questionable places . Went to a drag show. Had a lizard that looks like a ballsack put on my head.
Found out I’m an absolute gun at card games ( I’ve never lost a game and no we can’t test that theory) and just getting involved in good wholesome debauchery.

10/10 would recommend.
