🥎 WELCOME TO THE RALLY SQUAD, BAILEY! 🇺🇸💙 Today we’re incredibly excited to welcome Bailey Baker of Hickory, North Carolina to the Rally Republic family! At just 14 years old, Bailey is already proving that hard work, humility, and faith can take you around the world. A Class of 2030 middle infielder and outfielder, Bailey competes for Alexander FP, American Legion Post 48, and soon she’ll have the honor of wearing USA across her chest as she represents Team USA at The Cup NL in the Netherlands this January. 🇺🇸🌍 Her favorite softball memory? Helping Alexander FP capture the PG 14U World Series Championship in Charlotte—a moment that rewarded countless hours of dedication alongside her teammates. This summer, Bailey proved she belongs at every level. As one of the youngest players on her American Legion team, she earned her opportunity at shortstop in the second inning of the opening game—and never looked back. From that point on, she became the everyday starter, leading off or hitting second in the lineup. She earned it. What makes Bailey a Rally Athlete goes far beyond the game itself… She’s known as the loudest cheerleader on and off the field, constantly encouraging teammates, celebrating others, and bringing contagious energy everywhere she goes. Whether she’s competing, training, or attending college prospect camps, Bailey approaches every opportunity with gratitude and a desire to keep growing. Most importantly, her foundation is unwavering. God comes first. 🙌 Her faith shapes the way she competes, the way she treats others, and the way she represents every jersey she wears. That’s exactly what Rally Republic is all about—using the game as a platform to lead with character, inspire others, and leave a lasting impact. Bailey, we’re honored to have you representing Rally Republic as you prepare to compete on the international stage. We can’t wait to watch you proudly represent North Carolina, Team USA, and the values that make you who you are. Welcome to the Rally Squad! 👊🥎🇺🇸 #RallyAthlete #BaileyBaker #TeamUSA #ClassOf2030 #SoftballLife
