From Miss Arc Broward to Entrepreneur: Meet Bailey Bender @baileybender21

When Bailey was crowned Miss ARC Broward in 2015, she gained more than a title—she gained the confidence to pursue her dreams.

Today, she's the proud owner of @benderstardigital, a small business creating autism-themed products that promote acceptance, advocacy, and awareness. Through her mission of "empowerment through purchase," every product helps spark conversations, celebrate neurodiversity, and build a more inclusive community.

At Arc Broward, we believe in empowering people with disabilities to grow, develop, and thrive. Bailey's journey is a wonderful example of what's possible when individuals are given opportunities to discover their strengths and pursue their passions.

We're proud to celebrate Bailey and all she continues to accomplish!

Shavua Tov, Today I had the great pleasure of attending the Artists with Autism event today that was held at Temple Shalom in Pompano Beach Florida.

Getting to speak to the artists 👩‍🎨 and discuss their art mediums was a fantastic experience.
I connected with Bailey Bender and discussed with her what was her art 🖼️ inspiration for this exhibit.

Her “Tree of Life” series spoke to me, I purchased one of her pieces, it will be hung in my office.

I did receive Baileys permission to post this on social media. Got to ask her about Autism and she explained her story to me, she is 22 years old and thriving. She knows who she is and is running after her goals and dreams. I told her she has very lucky parents to have raised such a beautiful young woman meeting and exceeding goals. BE Inspired 💜 by Bailey
