As we reach the end of this school year and prepare to turn the page on middle school, I’m feeling all the emotions. It’s hard to believe this chapter is already coming to a close and that high school is no longer something in the distance, it’s right around the corner.

There’s something about this milestone that hits a little differently. The excitement for what’s ahead is mixed with nostalgia for everything that’s behind us, the friendships, memories, growth, and moments that helped shape who they are becoming.

I’m so grateful for a coach who has done so much more than teach the game. Thank you for celebrating these girls, encouraging them, and fostering the incredible sisterhood they’ve built along the way.
