ending this chapter will be the hardest thing i’ve ever had to do. this team has given me so much more than just dance, it’s given me family and a home I’ll carry with me forever.

to ava, you have been the best co-captain i could have ever asked for. you put in so much work behind the scenes and apply yourself 100% everytime, i could not be more grateful to have been your right hand man.

to my coaches, thank you for pushing me to always be the best leader and version of myself. i couldn’t have done it without you by my side guiding me in the right direction, both in dance and in everyday life. you are not just coaches to me, but examples of women i want to become one day.

to my team, thank you for trusting me, pushing me, and filling every moment together with love and laughter. i will forever cherish everything we’ve built together as a team. thank you for trusting me as your captain, i am eternally grateful. while my chapter is coming to a close, a piece of my heart will always be on this team. i am forever grateful, forever cheering you on. 4 my people forever. nobody said it was easy, such a shame for us to part.

grammy out ✌️

If We Were Producing Our First Show Again: Lessons From Six

We sat down with Aubrey and Liv for something we don’t do nearly enough: a real post-show reflection.Months after Six the Musical closed, we got back together to honestly break it all down: what worked, what didn’t, what surprised them, and what they’d absolutely do differently next time. Aubrey, who produced and directed the show, and Liv, one of the performers, brought two very different but equally important perspectives to the table.Less hype, more truth. Less “what we hope happens,” more “what actually happened.”

That’s a wrap on Spamalot!

This show was absolutely amazing. From the costumes to the tech, to the incredible sound cues and orchestra — I couldn’t have asked for a better production to be a part of this year, or a more talented cast to share it with.

When I was cast as the Lady of the Lake, I’ll admit I was a little nervous. This was my first lead role ever at TSA, and I didn’t want to let anyone down. I had never played a character who was such a total diva and tackled so many different musical styles, so I knew it was going to be a challenge from the start. I was lucky to work alongside my favorite double-cast partner ever, Janay, who was always there with me through every high and low.

I also want to thank @amelialefevre, who was my biggest supporter throughout rehearsals. I honestly don’t know how I would’ve made it through some of the mental blocks I faced without her. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to perform a role I never knew would become my favorite.
