This is what happens when three Olympic 400m hurdles legends come together at the USATF Outdoor Championships at Icahn Stadium in New York! 🔥🏃🏾‍♀️🇺🇸

We helped pave the way for generations of 400m hurdlers, and it’s an incredible feeling to watch today’s athletes continue building on that legacy. The event may change, but greatness, passion, and excellence never go out of style.

This is how we do it! We will always bring our A-game.

TRUTH SETS FREE…For those who have followed my journey and loved on mine & Naiema’s life, take a breath and a seat for a second. I owe it to my life, my daughter’s future, and every young woman athlete whether they aspire to be Olympic gold medalist or not, that ALL humans have a right to be protected, heard, & compensated by proper consequences rendered & accountability taken, but most of all eradicating rape culture out of sports & entertainment immediately! The abuse and violation suffered by victims at the hands of the perpetrator and those who try to cover up their acts, is itself the suffocation of an already violated soul, and it’s the continuing attempts to break that soul, many do not survive, but by God’s grace alone, I have, and therefore WE have thrived despite the despair. Time is up…freedom is the Truth now. God is truth and love…this will be my love letter to US Olympic & Paralympic sports, and all the girls, boys, women, men who step into US sporting environments with a default set mentality of physical safety, along with emotional, psychological, & social safety. The @uscenterforsafesport needs all the resources possible to retroact its legislation, and clean up and out all the athletes, coaches, CEOs, trainers, doctors, and therapist that perverted the space of sport where America is in fact the World’s greatest team, with USA Track & Field leading the charge in the revenue garnered and medals obtained, & with the US WOMEN ensuring us our gold wins. Policy changes, compliance & governance around grooming, manipulation, rape, sexual assault, reporting, isolation, black balling, & continuous victimization of marginalized groups has to get accomplished before LA2028. The gold medal count cannot be won with heavy hearts. As the teammate and peer chosen to represent USATF athletes for 15 years on the Laws & Legislation committee, 12yrs on our High Performance committee fighting to keep funding, & ultimately chosen to be one of six members of @teamusa_ac leadership, later tasked to chair our Council to protect our first amendment rights at all times, the right to my own body & safety had been taken away years prior, THIS is now my duty to speak.

🎙️ STADIUM MUSIC — VERSE PREVIEW 🎙️

Aight…

Now here’s a piece of the verse.

Tell me what y’all think.

One thing I’ve been having fun with lately is playing with different voices, different deliveries, and different AI textures.

Every record don’t gotta sound the same.

Every beat don’t need the same approach.

That’s what makes this fun.

So tell me…

Are y’all rocking with the bars?

Are y’all rocking with the voice?

And did I cook with the AI adjustments? 👀😭

Because I ain’t gonna lie…

This one got a different feel to it.

🏟️ STADIUM MUSIC — HOOK PREVIEW 🏟️

Yo…

I had to do this one. 😭

Couldn’t make it to Eugene for Nationals…

So I brought Eugene to me.

This is the hook from Stadium Music.

The kind of record that’s supposed to feel like you’re walking into a packed stadium under the lights.

Track athletes.

Coaches.

Fans.

Dreamers.

This one for all of us.

Tell me if y’all feeling the hook.

And tell me if this one got that stadium energy. 👀🔥

🔐😭 Yo… the crazy part is…

In the last verse of VAULT TALK PT. 2, I’m literally breaking down what this whole thing really is 😂

Interpretation.
Bars.
Art.
Satire.

That’s it 😭

But apparently getting joked on in an artistic way became a federal situation 🤷🏾‍♂️

So now I’m sitting here breaking the bars down IN the music while still making fun of the situation at the same time 😭🎬

That’s why this project different.

It’s commentary.
It’s storytelling.
It’s trolling.
It’s truth.
It’s art.

50 would probably be proud of this level of petty 😭

And low key…
this “track music” lane getting dangerous 👀🏃🏾‍♂️🎧

“They’re probably gonna sue me for this…”

…oh wait. They already did 😭🔐
