My Baby is 2! How did that happen?!
2 years of increased stress and anxiety 😆 but equal amounts of fun and love. Our crazy, cuddly, brilliant boy.
We love you so much Cashy ♥️💙

July insight into this chaotic little life of mine, trying to find balance between work, being a mum, friendships & looking after myself… some may say I’m crazy but would you have me any other way!? 😜

Owning an independent gym has never been about filling a building. It’s about building a community.

Every decision I make will be measured against one question:

“Does this protect the community we’ve all worked so hard to build?”

If the answer is yes, it’s the right decision.

I’m creating this post to be very clear of the expectations I have of anyone who enters the facility.

Thank you to everyone who continues to make Macclesfield Performance a place I’m proud to own and one where everyone feels safe & welcome. ❤️
