🫘 THIS is bean to cup ☕️

At Baja Beans Coffee Roasters in Pescadero (about 45 minutes from Cabo San Lucas), I got the full walkthrough: how a coffee cherry becomes green beans through the Honey Process (no honey involved), it’s just the fruit’s own sticky, natural sugar, then gets roasted three different ways: La Casa, Baja Midnight, and Pesky Dark, all from just 3 small farms in Veracruz, Mexico.

Sisters Wendy and Marisol started here as employees. Now they run and own the café.

📍BAJA BEANS, EL PESCADERO MEXICO

Okay… guilty we love Baja Beans. Every month we come to El Pescadero & this is our staple go to, it’s consistently good, the energy and vibe is incredible & they have a local market on Sundays where we always love to shop and buy little goodies 🌵✨

COFFEE: 7/10 consistently good, bean is a little bitter, but overall great ratio of milk, sweetness and espresso
VIBES: 9/10 great outdoor area, shaded with other little shops you can look at, always playing chill vibe music, but not too loud. And the trees are so cute with crochet on them.
FOOD: 7/10 we always opt for the omelettes, but be aware they go a little bit heavy on the cheese
PRICE: $ i’ve never noticed a dent in my bank account after going here so that’s a good sign

Will we be back? YES! See you in a month Baja Beans we love you 💗✈️💭✨
