Day 7/30! It was hard, it was a rough start to the morning cried a bit on the run but that’s why I’m doing this. Not just for my physical health but my mental health. And my cheerleader Logan was so helpful, encouraging me on the way.
Also @jamesjosephxvx inspired me to go out my comfort zone and do a little video entry. And the 5k was worth it for this carrot cake and marshmallow brownie from @bakehouse38b . So by the end it was a better morning ❤️#running #strava #30daychallenge #mentalhealthawareness #selfcare

Always a joy to discover a local hidden gem! Need to get the word out about the @bakehouse38b because I can’t believe I didn’t find it sooner (particularly with the number of pram walks we are doing at the moment!!)
