The hilarity of life. The previous post the words are now missing idk what happened there so just in case there's a glitch or something here is the piece as a whole. Comedy of errors 🎭.

This is the most beautiful melody I've ever heard

This is one of the most beautiful paintings I've ever seen

I write this and dedicate this to the most beautiful person I've ever known. Truly Incredibly Fantastic

For you.....

You'll never understand how much. you'll never understand how much. you'll never understand how much... How much you mean to me, how much your scent lingers in my nostrils, how much i can recall every line of your face, recollect every follicle of your hair. i could trace your portraits with only my thoughts of you as a stencil.

I am me, I am you, i am true, tis that is why i write this way, talk that way, and I am this way, You'll never have any idea how much you truly mean to me and maybe that's my fault i dare to say it is my fault.. how could it be? the sun couldn't hold a candle to the light you provide, you'll never understand how much...

. this is one big run on sentence laundered with a myriad of misused punctuations cause my stream of consciousness of you could never end. it goes on and on like the nile but never in denial its more than river i will not deny myself the affect or effect of you i know my dear that perplexes you, but really should it? for who knows me better than you ;for who knows you better than I

So incredibly proud of our baby Z on earning his gray belt in Jiu Jitsu today 🩶🥋

Watching him continue to learn, grow, push through challenges, and build confidence has been amazing to witness. Jiu Jitsu is teaching him so much more than technique; discipline, resilience, respect, and the confidence to keep showing up even when things get hard.

A huge thank you to the coaches and community at @zen_brazilian_jiujitsu for creating such an incredible environment for both kids and parents alike. If you’ve been thinking about trying something new, building confidence, learning self-defense, or finding a genuinely supportive community… we cannot recommend them enough.

Proud is an understatement, Z. Keep learning, keep growing, and keep pushing forward. The journey is just getting started. 🖤🔥 #GrayBelt #JiuJitsuJourney #KidsWhoTrain #BJJKids #ConfidenceThroughDiscipline

One quarter into 2026 already… 🤯

Some things I said I’d do, I didn’t.
But some things I have stayed consistent with, and that’s what counts!

This is your reminder: progress happens when you keep showing up.

For me, it’s been simplifying my mornings, getting my workouts in, and fueling my body better, nothing extreme, just habits that stick.

Shoutout to my girl @jenine_colon for putting me onto Make Wellness! these have been part of my routine this past year, and I’ve felt the difference! More energy, less reliance on heavy pre-workout, just more consistency overall.

I’ve had a few people ask what I’ve been doing, so I’ll share more soon!(and drop an update on where I’m at now 👀)

Still plenty of time this year to adjust and keep moving forward!

What’s one thing you’re trying to stay consistent with right now? 👇 I’d love to hear to cheer and help support you too!

Backpack on.
Sneakers laced.
Phone secured.
Security detail (aka the dog) making sure nobody leaves the house without proper head pats.

Rain or shine, Z still shows up ready for the day… and the dog clearly thinks school is optional and he should stay home. 😂

Some mornings are rushed, some are rainy, but these small everyday moments are the ones I’ll remember the most.

Happy 22nd Birthday to my son Ty.

Somewhere along the way this kid grew into a smart, capable young man… but don’t worry, the smart-alec commentary is still going strong.

But behind the sarcasm and jokes is a young man I’m incredibly proud of. 22 years of laughs, arguments, sarcasm, and moments that make me shake my head and smile at the same time.

Keep being sharp, keep being bold, and maybe… just maybe… try using your powers for good once in a while. 😉

Love you kid. Happy 22nd Birthd

Somehow, somewhere between car seats and school drop-offs, I blinked and now I’m the mom of three grown adults. I truly don’t know how that happened… but here we are.

Today isn’t technically your birthday (thanks, leap year life 😂), but that doesn’t stop me from celebrating you,
Jestina. I am so incredibly proud of the young woman you’ve become. Your academic accomplishments, your determination, and the quiet way you handle responsibility with more maturity than most people twice your age.

We made sure to keep our tradition alive with the Yum Yum monster donut 🍩 because some things never change, even when kids grow up.

I also want you to know how much I appreciate the countless ways you show up for me and for our family. You help without being asked, you care deeply, and you carry yourself with a steadiness that’s been there for years, even if you’ll always technically be younger than everyone else thanks to that leap year math.
Happy 18th… or 4.5th 😉😂
I love you more than the most always! ♥️
