Coffee in 10 seconds?⏰ Say less!
I had to rate this new concept from @projectzero.coffee
They pre-brew all their espresso shots then canister them up, put them tap to then dispense the perfectly balanced espresso shot! ☕️

Located just across from Flinders Street Station - I recommend trying it for yourself! 🙌

You would have seen Michelle knocking around the clinic the last few months. 🙋🏼

She's getting raving reviews and only has a few spots left to book online. 🌎🕸️🔗

Abit about Michelle,

She started her fitness journey as a personal trainer 14 years ago in Canada🇨🇦. Then continued to further my knowledge taking nutrition 🍎🍗🥑, volleyball coaching🏐, and Olympic lifting courses🏋🏼‍♀️. All of this combined with a love of travelling lead her to a physiotherapy degree in the Netherlands🇳🇱

Michelle fits FX perfectly, she strongly believe that movement, fitness, mental health, nutrition, and well-being are core part of being a fully functional human💪🏼. Bringing an evidence based approach, using education, various manual handling techniques and home exercises to help you🧾✅👍🏼

Michelle loves dealing with problematic knees, backs and shoulders. She is a gun volleyballer, you will find her at the beach playing volley🏐🔥 and a reputable line dancer 💃🏼🕺🏼.

Link in the bio to book with Michelle.

Getting up skilled by the best in the business! ☕️
Absolutely loved this barista course, where we learned how to properly dial in and follow the recipe of the beans to make the most perfect espresso. We also added in some latte art practice too 🥛🎨

Epic tournament here in Baden 🇦🇹 and proud of our team! @phoebeebell 🫶
Had some great matches to make it from qualification to the main draw, then lost a couple close games in a tough pool.

Nearly every week of this tour we’ve had tournaments, and each game we’ve been faced with something new to overcome.
So grateful for these opportunities to keep learning and competing.
Thank you to our sponsors and you guys for all the support! 🩷🩶
