Baladi in Virginia Beach has THE BEST falafel. I treated myself to a late lunch (and a glass of prosecco 😁😁) here today before I have to go get my tooth drilled on at the dentist 😫. What's your favorite #falafel joint? #vegancuisine #mediterraneandiet #veganlunch #sosogood #dietitianapproved #eatlocal #teamfagioli

Another summer picnic in the garden (baby steps to my dream of actually becoming @inagarten one day). Checked for rain. Said no rain. It rained. #wegotdrenched #babiesweredry #norfolkbotanicalgarden #norfolkva #summerpicnic

🍸 @baladi_cafe is now serving Maha Kombucha - with a twist! Their delicious #kombucha #mockail El Baraem is an effervescent enjoyment of rose and a hint of ginger. 🌹

🍸That moment when the incredible beverage manager, Vlad, from @baladi_cafe creates an extravagant #mocktail out of our #PetalPotion kombucha and you really wish your phone had a better camera. 🤷‍♀️⁣
⁣
🌹This luscious concoction is made from Petal Potion kombucha, rose water, their house-made date syrup, topped with a splash of gingerbeer and garnished with rose petals. Drinking it felt like I should've been wearing an evening dress.👀⁣
⁣
But seriously, stop by Baladi Cafe at #Hilltop for the best mediterranean food around, and a #MahaKombucha. 🍻⁣

I have been on quite the hiatus from this platform over the past several months attending to some very important selfcare. Here is the 2018 End of Year Wrap Up.
Be sure to head over to the blog to see where I’ve been and what I’ve been up to.
