A couple of weeks ago we celebrated @the.social.play birthday and the reopening of Grand Boulevard with a fun filled family weekend! It was such an honor for us to see how all of the businesses and the Brookfield Chamber of Commerce rallied around this event to make it a huge success!

I’m so proud to be a part of this community and to be able to grow my family here!

We’re so excited to be bringing the family block party to Grand Blvd with the help of the Chamber of Commerce and amazing local business owners!

Join us Friday, September 26th from 5–8 PM for a night of fall-festive fun — face painting, crafts, music, and even special appearances from Spider-Man and Glinda!

This is our chance to celebrate the re-opening of Grand Blvd, seeing families dining out again, and our community coming alive with joy!

Bring the kids, bring the energy, and let’s make this a night to remember! 🧡

🎉 Welcome to the Neighborhood, Balance Brookfield Nutrition! 🥤💪

Today, we celebrated the grand opening and ribbon cutting of Balance Brookfield Nutrition at 3743 Prairie Ave, alongside Village officials and representatives from the Brookfield Chamber.

They’re serving up delicious Refresher Drinks, Protein Shakes, and Balance Bowls — perfect for a healthy pick-me-up!

Stop by and say hello to the wonderful owners, Sandra Rosales and Maribel Cordero — and grab something tasty while you’re at it!

I had the pleasure of stopping in at Balance for a refreshing and healthy drink. I met the owner Sandra and her sister Zaida who were very patient with me as I worked through the delicious menu.

If you have not visit it is a must! I appreciate small businesses because I believe they are the backbone of a community. It is important to live in a community that builds an economic ecosystem that promotes walkable dining, shopping, and entertainment. Support your local small businesses so we can continue to grow a healthy business ecosystem!
