You can’t pour from an empty cup—so make time to refill yours. ✨ This past Sunday, I embraced stillness with a silent yoga class, and it was exactly what I needed to reset and refuel for the week ahead. Self-care isn’t selfish; it’s necessary. Whether it’s yoga, a walk in nature, or simply a moment of quiet, do something that nurtures you. What’s your favorite way to recharge? Drop it in the comments! ⬇️ #SelfCareSunday #RefillYourCup #PrioritizeYou
