Tomorrow, I’m releasing two videos introducing two incredible women who will be leading our female veterans’ course. Healing and growth don’t look the same for men and women, and that’s exactly why this course exists. We’ve built this space to honor the unique experiences, emotions, and strength of women who served. So, be kind with your support, and know that this is one more step toward helping them stand taller, stronger, and together.

We created The Resilient Warrior Project because we’ve been there. We’ve walked through the chaos, the dysregulation, the sleepless nights, and the days that felt impossible. We know what it’s like to feel stuck in that hell. But we also found ways through.

We’re not psychologists. We’re not psychiatrists. We’re not here to diagnose you or prescribe medications. We’re people just like you, who’ve walked this path and found the tools that helped us navigate and heal. And now we’re here to share those with you, so none of us has to do it alone.

4th Annual Peterborough Rucksack March for Remembrance.
103 Participants
13 teams
Over $21,000 raised for Wounded Warriors Canada, with more to tally up over the next few days.
The weather was great, but the conversations and connections made today were even greater. The impact this event has on our First Responders and Military Veterans community is evident through the feedback and stories shared from year to year. I look forward to this event each year, just to see so many people come together, lace up, throw a pack on their back, and share space together while taking care of themselves both mentally and physically. For 22kms, the outside stresses associated with work, home, global affairs, finances, relationships, grief, etc.. get left behind as we step off and focus solely on the task at hand. Being present in the moment and connecting with supportive individuals that simply want better for themselves and those around them. This event isn't possible without the incredible help from our volunteers who give up their entire day to ensure everything runs smoothly. From set up, to registration, water stations and raffle ticket sales, there's a lot behind the scenes that happens and it's all thanks to this amazing team of kind-hearted people. So thank you, to all of those who make this event possible.
2025 was another successful event and I can't wait to start preparing for next year. But for now, the feet need a rest. Ruck on my friends ❤️

This Saturday — Ruck 2 Remember.

Our brothers and sisters at the Ruck N’ Rise Podcast have already hauled in $15,000 for Wounded Warriors Canada — and they’re not slowing down.

This isn’t a fun run. It’s miles for the ones still fighting. For the ones we’ve lost. For the ones who carry the weight every damn day and still keep moving.

If you’re close to Peterborough — show up. Throw some weight on your back, and ruck with purpose.

🔥 Find your passion. Live your adventure 🤟!

Your psycho-spiritual well-being is just as important as your physical, emotional, and mental health.
Here are 5 powerful ways to nourish it:

✨ Surround yourself with people who uplift and support you
🌿 Rethink how you build friendships—go for depth, not just proximity
🌱 Choose relationships that help you evolve and grow
🌊 Spend time in nature to reconnect with your inner self
🌟 Anchor your life in meaning and purpose

Your soul deserves as much care as your body and mind. 💫
