As a local realtor + mom of 2, these are the Stillwater places I keep coming back to again and again. 😍

They're the spots that make Saturdays around OSU football, patio nights, and lake-side walks way more fun.

Swipe through for the current rotation.

And if you want even more local plans for the season, I've already done the digging for you.

Comment FALL and I'll send you my free 2026 Stillwater Fall Guide with local events, seasonal favorites, and things worth adding to your calendar.

Coffee first. Then we talk real estate. ☕🏡

Started my morning downtown at Balanced Coffee Co. before my first client meeting at BancFirst — a Lavender Lux for me + Hawaiian Latte for my client. Because good real estate conversations are even better with good coffee. 😉

One of my favorite parts of building my business in Stillwater has been getting to know the people, businesses, and little places that make this community feel like home.

And I have to say… Balanced understood the assignment this morning. 🤌☕

Stillwater friends — what’s your go-to local coffee order? I’m always looking for my next one!

📍September plans in Stillwater are officially looking good.

I rounded up the local happenings, places worth adding to your list, and a few things that deserve a spot on your calendar this month - think Pistol Pete’s Roundup Kickoff, OSU home football Saturdays, and Downtown Stillwater’s fall pop-ups.

Consider this your shortcut to figuring out what to do when the group chat hits you with, “Any plans this weekend?”

Save this one for later and send it to your favorite person to explore Stillwater with.

Swipe to find which Stillwater coffee shop is your perfect match 👉

Some places are made for slow mornings, some are better when you want a little energy, and some just become the spot you keep going back to without even realizing it.

Consider this your local coffee personality test.

Comment "LOCAL" and I'll send you my full guide to Stillwater favorites.

The little things about living in Stillwater that make moving here so worth it. 🧡

A few I genuinely never take for granted:
🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 How quickly people here treat you like family
🧇 Being five minutes from somewhere worth eating no matter where you are in town
☕️ Knowing my barista by name and them knowing my order by heart
🏃🏻‍♀️Running the same streets for years but still enjoying the celebration at the finish line

If you’ve been thinking about making the move or just want to enjoy more of what makes life here so good, I’ve got two guides for you.

Comment SUMMER and I’ll send you my free 2026 Stillwater Summer Guide with all the best spots, events, and weekend plans for the season.

I love it that my favorite coffee shop, @balancedcoffeeco, made the list.
Congratulations to the crew serving us our caffeine fix each day.
It’s worth a trip to check them out. Amazing pastries too!

Raise your hand if this one hit you too. 🙋🏻‍♀️
I spent way too long thinking I had to pick one lane and stick with it. Hearing that life can look more like a five-lane highway? That did something to me. My ADHD girls… tell me I’m not the only one who felt their whole nervous system relax. 🤍
