In this installment of our Technique of the Week series, we are breaking down our rear leg round kick.

This breakdown is specific for throwing kicks to the body as leg kicks and head kicks differ in technique slightly.

As always, our guard is up and our power comes from rotating with our strike and putting our full body behind it.

Let us know what you want to see next in the comments!

Also, will be choosing one person who shares this video by next Friday (4/11) at random and giving them 10% off their next month’s membership dues.

‘A wizard is never late. Nor is he early. He arrives precisely when he means to’

Keeping things rolling with our Technique of the Week series, this time breaking down the lead hook.

The hook can be a devastating combo finisher or a slick counter to an aggressive opponent.

Maybe we throw some kicks next week?
