The @plantchics 30 Day Challenge starts tomorrow!

We have so much fun doing this challenge with you a few times a year. It’s a great way to keep motivated, with everyone cheering each other on!

Make sure to take your pictures & measurements tonight (or first thing tomorrow morning).

Start planning. Plan your goals for the week, for the challenge, what meals you will prepare this week, and when you will do your workouts.

Food freedom. We want you to make healthy food choices every time you eat. We provide tons of recipes, and we encourage you to adjust them to your taste and liking.

We encourage you to diversify your meals which optimizes your plant-based nutrition. If you ate an apple today, try a peach tomorrow. Mix it up and try new foods.

Eat seasonally.

And most of all, have FUN!

If you don’t have the 30 Day Challenge yet, you can get it in the link in my bio.

Are you ready to slay the next 30 days?!

Today Dr Michael Klaper from the “What the Health” film and Dr Sabatino were surprised at @balanceforlifeflorida seminar by Ronnette V Cow and #AnimalHeroKids founder, Susan Hargreaves, and AnimalHerokids Ella & Zsa Zsa You can tell Dr Klaper had no idea of the surprise as he placed his arms in the universal pose of What? Thanks to @haroldlebovic for his collusion with keeping the surprise secret. #plantpower #kind2all #vegan ..and the good news is you can still sign up for your free, vegan starter kit on milliondollarvegan.com #grateful #stop #stopaninalcruelty #veganfood #climatechange
