You need to visit this health store if you love nutritious and delicious food 🌿

Bottega Natura has everything but what makes it different from other places is the variety of homemade foods like pesto, sauces, cheeses, soups and even some ready made meals 🥙

So even if you’re just passing through Bali on holiday, it’s absolutely worth a visit to try some of their food. Now they have inside seats, so you can even had food there and cool down from the heat 🥤

🥥 try some of their healthy desserts in the fridge, too - the Bounty balls are my favourite.

🌱 the herbal mixes are a hack when you are travelling- @handmade_by_astuti

🥛best dairy products- @milk.up.bali

🧴natural Balinese cosmetics, try @bali_asli and @utamaspicebaliofficial

Ini caraku menimbun mood baik
Hari tanpa agenda akan segera usai
mari kita nikmati saja setiap detiknya

Still trying to wrap my head around the last few days. Sometimes I can’t believe that I get to do everyday something that fills my heart with so much love and joy. I’m so grateful for my students who trust me and allow me to share the practice of yoga. It goes way beyond the mat and retreats are such incredible way to embody it.

We came for the food… but stayed for the toilet view. 🤣

#4 RANDOM TRAVEL TRIP THURSDAY 👇

Bali Asli isn’t your average restaurant. Nestled in the hills near Mount Agung, it’s a full-on cultural and culinary experience where everything is cooked traditionally and served with breathtaking views (even in the bathroom!).

Sometimes the most memorable travel moments are the ones you don’t expect.

Would you dare to use this toilet with that view? 💩

👉 Save this spot for your next Bali trip & follow @travelglows for more real travel gems.

Tabanan Community Gathering #15 ✨

Yesterday was another powerful #TabananCommunity Gathering at @sahajasawahtabanan & @sahajasawahfoundation a place that first made us fall in love with Bali 8+ years ago. ❤️

A big thank you to founders Bernard Van Elmpt & Ni Made Ariani for hosting and sharing their initiatives us with:

📍 A tour of their school Sekolah Torrevieja School 🌱
📍 A special visit & ceremony at @purabeji_amerta_gangga 🛕
📍 A @sahajasawahtabanan tour + an amazing hosted dinner & drinks 🍽️

This gathering embodied #TriHitaKarana & #GotongRoyong a reminder of why we come together:

1️⃣ To connect 🤝
2️⃣ To build real relationships
3️⃣ To create meaningful collaborations

Together we’re building something special here in Tabanan a thriving network of stakeholders, leaders, innovators, locals, and expats who share a vision for responsible growth.

✨ Watch this space! More exciting projects with Sahaja Sawah Resort & Foundation are in motion…

🌏 About Tabanan Community WA

Founded as a SpeakuP-in-action initiative by Robert Ian Bonnick (RiB & Associates | PT Karya Lyfe Group – Gateway To Indonesia) with the support of local stakeholders such as @purianyarkerambitan_bali this community unites 300+ key figures contributing to Tabanan’s future.

Every last Tuesday or Thursday of the month, we gather to spotlight game-changing initiatives or hear insights from local & national government leaders.
