This is some new work with @katelyn_robbins .

I haven’t done much ballet photography recently, having been caught up with work, life, & everything in between. But after a few attempts, Katelyn & I finally managed to find a date and arrange a shoot in London.

Sometimes you shoot because you love what you do. And sometimes, it takes that special someone to light the fire inside you again.

I’m genuinely very pleased with the work we both produced, and I’m excited to finally start sharing it.
I hope you enjoy the first one.

Planning a ballet shoot with a professional dancer is no easy task. I waited two years before everything finally aligned and Sarah was ready.
During that time, I scouted locations, refined ideas, and worked closely with Sarah to bring this vision to life. You’ve still not seen all of the images from this shoot, but I’m delighted to finally share this piece with you.
I hope you enjoy it as much as we enjoyed creating it.

Where strength meets serenity.

Balancing on the edge of light, letting movement become breath and stillness become expression.
Ballet isn’t just dance it’s discipline, grace, and the quiet power to rise again & again.

@sarahkundi85 Is posed en pointe, with one foot firmly supporting the body and the other elegantly crossed behind it, suggesting grace, balance, and control.

Sarah is outside, standing on a cobblestone or brick path with a wall and greenery in the background.
With soft fairy lights are wrapped around Sarah’s legs the ground, creating a magical atmosphere. The warm glow contrasts gently with the natural lighting, adding whimsy and enchantment.

The image captures a blend of discipline and dreaminess, highlighting both the strength and elegance of ballet.
