"La Maroma" is OUT NOW! 🚨

This single is a bridge between two worlds: the present moment and the history of my family in #buenosaires .

It takes its name from the conventillos (tenement houses) of old, where immigrants sleeping on the "maroma" would hang from wall-to-wall ropes just to catch a few hours of rest.

Turn the volume up and let the story unfold. 🎧

📣 WILLIAM KENTRIDGE | APRON OPENING PERFORMANCE, DAS MINSK 📣

📌William Kentridge’s ‘Apron’ (2024) is now open to the public, functioning as a new link in the visual axis between DAS MINSK Kunsthaus, the Brauhausberg, and Potsdam’s city center.

📌The sculpture, which depicts an aproned figure caught mid-stride carrying an oversized megaphone in place of an upper body and head, was inaugurated last month with a special performance by Centre collaborators Thulani Chauke and Arnulf Ballhorn, as well as the screening of a film by Kentridge.

Find out more at DAS MINSK’s website.
