POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

2026 Clearwater Spey Gathering.

Another great year on the Clearwater. We’re incredibly fortunate to share this event with the Red Shed Fly Shop and Mike “Poppy” Cummins, and grateful to everyone who continues to make the Spey Gathering what it is.

A huge thank you to all of the presenters, tyers, casters, vendors and anglers who showed up to share their knowledge, tell stories and spend a day celebrating steelhead and the two-handed community.

Thank you to YETI for sponsoring lunch and helping us keep everyone fed, and to all of the brands and individuals who contributed their time and support.

Most of all, thank you to Poppy, Dale, Amanda and the Red Shed for continuing a tradition that means a lot to the Clearwater steelhead community. We’re proud to be a small part of it.

See you at the next one.

It’s been incredibly humbling and an absolute honor to learn and teach alongside some of the best casters and educators in the game at the Golden Gate Angling & Casting Club.

Becoming a casting instructor is a huge milestone for me, not just as a guide, but as a student of the sport. This journey has been all about pushing myself to grow as an angler, while learning how to better teach and share what I love with others.

Grateful for the opportunity, the mentors, and everyone who’s been part of the process. We are just getting started! 🙏🏼
